1. Premium Membership

AssamJobsFinder may offer Premium membership plans such as:

  • 1 Day Premium

  • 1 Month Premium

  • 1 Year Premium

A successful payment activates Premium access for the selected validity period.

2. Digital Service

Premium membership provides access to eligible Premium mock tests and related educational features available on AssamJobsFinder.

As the service is delivered digitally, Premium access may begin immediately after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

Payments for Premium membership are generally non-refundable once Premium access has been successfully activated or used.

However, a refund may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same plan

  • Payment deducted but Premium access was not activated

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased service and cannot reasonably be resolved

  • Any other case determined by AssamJobsFinder after reviewing the transaction

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the payment issue is noticed.

4. Failed or Pending Payment

If money is deducted from your bank account but the Premium membership is not activated, please contact us with the payment/order details.

We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.

5. Cancellation

Premium membership does not automatically renew unless a separate recurring subscription is explicitly offered and accepted by the user.

For one-time Premium plans, access remains active until the selected validity period expires.

6. Refund Request

To request assistance regarding a payment or Premium membership issue, contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

  • Name

  • Registered email address

  • Payment/order ID

  • Date of payment

  • Description of the issue

Do not share your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, password, or other confidential payment credentials.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, subject to applicable processing timelines and payment-provider rules.
